Modloader is HIGHLY recommended!
Drag & Drop "OpenBull" folder into the Modloader folder, enable in settings and play! You can install the 'old fashion way' but I will not give any assistance!

Yes you can! Its called 'OpenBull' for a reason
What has been converted?
Everything. This is converted straight from Bully to SA as is.
Will you convert the map to VC, III?
No, but you are more than welcome to do that!
Will you convert characters?
No just the map
Are there traffic?
Yes

Why are there missing terrain?
That's because the player in the Bully game was never intended to go to those areas or see as well has some objects not having collision
The original download was lost, luckily they reuploaded it (that's why it's so important to reupload mods).
