NVIDIA has revolutionized old game modding! Now almost any old game, including classic GTA III/VC/SA, can have Path Traced graphics (successor to Ray Tracing), and amazingly optimized! In addition to materials with shaders from modern games and other asset swaps (textures/models) that don't reach the limits of the game.

This is so absurd, that at the moment (2023) there are practically no modern games with Path Tracing support.

Here is the download of the RTX Remix settings , with instructions and Ped Spec (to fix skin bugs). There are still several bugs, like water, cars without colors and lack of life bar. For a more complete and correct adaptation, it is necessary to manually position lights and add shadermaps for textures.

It doesn't have to be RTX. In the download there is only the basics configured to run well in GTA San Andreas , but with this, it is already possible to have the results of the images, even with several limitations and bugs. Read the Readme/Readme on download! Everything just tends to get better.

Stay tuned for updates on (SA) RTX and other mods.
