About the Mod

Real Life Mod 2 is a GTA 5 script that brings immersive realism features to your gameplay. From disabling health regeneration to realistic police detection, slow-motion shootouts, first-person-only restrictions, and vehicle engine control — this mod is designed to make GTA 5 feel more like real life.

Everything is highly customizable through the included .ini file, allowing you to adjust settings to your personal taste.

Key Features

Be Wounded System – No automatic health regen. At 25% health, you’ll limp, slow down, and experience an adrenaline rush.

Weapon Detection – Cops notice your weapon based on type & wanted level. Works with holster mods like Pickup. 

One-Star Slow Motion – At 1 wanted star, time slows for 8 seconds to let you react. 

Engine Control – Must hold the exit key to turn off the vehicle engine. 

First-Person Only Mode – Enforce 1st-person view on foot, in cars, planes, etc. 

HUD & Radar Control – Hide radar when on foot and remove HUD when aiming. 

Fully Customizable – Edit the .ini file for full control.
